He reaches off screen to pick something up, just a simple wine glass, but shortly after he shows it off the glass begins to change, the bowl of the glass elongating and narrowing, turning into a more organic, fleshy texture - eventually it moves by itself to coil around Dio's forearm from his hand, lifting it's head towards the camera once it's secured around him. It is in fact now a centipede.]
